You can't just find the memory position currently being used for your Guiding Lands level like you can with a cheat; you have to actually find the portion of the game's exe that controls the delevling process, or the file within the directory that controls how much XP is gained or lost when doing certain actions. Having all 6 regions at level 7 will require the hunter to hunt around 6000 to 7000 monsters in level 7 regions, which is why it's an unrealistic goal.
